Tablet and PIN

One tablet for the whole floor. One PIN per person.

Put a tablet at the bar or the front desk: each server taps their first name and types their four-digit code. No more shared password, no more session left open.

No credit card. When the trial ends, nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

The locked floor tablet: the server has picked their first name and types their four-digit PIN

Set up once, ready for every service

Ownership or Management turns the device into a floor tablet from their account, typing their password again. From then on, the lock screen shows the team's first names, and everyone picks their own code in "My account".

  • Codes that are too simple, like 1234, are refused
  • An on-screen keypad with big keys

The service, and only the service

A PIN session opens the bookings, the plan and the history of the last seven days. Settings, team, billing and exports stay closed, and RESTO ONE's server checks it, not just the screen.

It locks itself

After five minutes without a touch, the tablet goes back to the keypad; the delay can be set from 1 to 60 minutes. "Switch user" hands over in one gesture.

  • Five wrong codes lock the person out until "Forgot your PIN?", with their password
  • A lost tablet is removed remotely, at once

Plans Included in every plan. Compare the plans →

Frequently asked questions

Does every server need an account?

Yes: each person has their own account and picks their PIN in "My account". On the tablet, they just type their code.

Do I need a particular tablet?

No, nothing to install: RESTO ONE opens in the tablet's browser and works by finger or stylus.
